Depending on your desired game, you would certainly need our expertise to choose the most suitable hunting area. Many of them are so easy to be rambled, whereas, some do pose challenging approach. Nevertheless, our field staff won’t let you carry any of your hunting or personal gear and all you need to carry is your binoculars.

Some of our habitats are so rich, trophies have been shot by hunters in a matter of just a few hours on the very first day of their arrival in the habitat. After the hunt is taken, the trophy becomes an honorable mention for that area so the locals are as happy as the hunter is. You’ll witness their overwhelming joy when they celebrate your successful hunt with cheers, music and dance around you. Such a profound hospitality greatly encourages foreign hunters to visit Pakistan time and again for more hunts.

Pakistan is located in Southern Asia, bordering the Arabian Sea, between India on the east and Iran and Afghanistan on the west and China in the north.  It has flat Indus plain in east; mountains in north and northwest and Balochistan plateau in west. Geographic coordinates are 33 42 N, 73 10 E. Time Difference : UTC/GMT+5 hours, which is +4 hours for Europe & 10 hours ahead of Washington, DC during Standard Time.

Pakistan is a big country. It’s population is over 200 millions. It is  divided into 5 provinces viz : Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan. Its total area is 803,940 sq/km. Land area is 778,720 sq/km. Water area is 25,220 sq/km. Coastal line is 1,046 km. It is 3 times bigger than UK, 2.5 times bigger than Italy, 10 times bigger than Austria, 19 times bigger than Switzerland, 26 times bigger than Belgium and 12 times smaller than USA. From the vast expanses of deserts in south to the towering peaks of the Karakorums in the north, our big game habitats are spread all over the country. Depending on your desired game, you would certainly need our expertise to choose the most suitable hunting area.

Pakistan domains some of the rarest species of mountain game species on Earth, like Kashmir Markhor, Astor Markhor & Suleman Markhor; Blue Sheep, Punjab Urial, Blandford Urial & Afghan Urial; Himalayan Ibex & Sindh Ibex. Whereas, it’s indigenous plain game species are the most famous in the world like Black Buck, Hog Deer, Indian Spotted Deer, Nil Gai (Blue Bull) and Chinkara Gazelle. Limited number of hunting permits are issued by the provincial wildlife departments which are sold out in open auctions and the permits are awarded to the highest bidders. Since our Government issues only a few hunting permits for each game species, the animals are in abundance and the trophies are always of excellent quality.

Pakistan’s community based hunting program has played a vital role in protecting many of our rare species, enhancing their population by leaps & bounds and thus, guaranteed our hunting expeditions with excellent quality of trophies. One big reason that makes our hunts successful is that 80% of the money earned by the wildlife department by selling hunting permits is paid off to the local communities who protect our wildlife. This large fiscal incentive has enabled them to alleviate poverty and build their own schools, roads, hospitals, water channels in addition to giving scholarships to girl students and imparting vocational training and upgrading health of women in their communities.

This community based wildlife conservation program has given a great impetus to protection and population increase of our wild life because our communities work very hard and prevent poaching by all means. Due to this strict monitoring and continued stalking by our community game watchers, we can now guarantee sightings of your desired game animals and securing excellent trophies.

From the vast expanses of deserts in south to the towering peaks of the Karakorum in the north, our big game habitats are spread all over the country. Depending on your desired game, you would certainly need our expertise to choose the most suitable hunting area. Many  of them are so easy to be rambled, whereas, some do pose challenging approach. Nevertheless, our field staff won’t let you carry your hunting gear, and all you need to carry is your binoculars.

Blue Sheep, Himalayan Ibex, Astor Markhor & Kashmir Markhor are found in the mountainous regions of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. Altitudes of these areas start from about 2,100 meters (or 7,000 feet) and go up to 4,500 meters (15,000 feet). However, most of these areas are easily accessible by 4WD Jeeps and we have to walk for small distances, as in winters, these animals come down to the meadows near the villages where they can be seen and hunted easily. With full support from our team, we won’t let you face any problems going all the way up to such places because there are no technical or high altitude climbs involved & we reckon them as easy to moderate walks. Hunting in some areas is so easy, hunters have shot their game while sitting in their jeeps. Sulaiman Markhor, Sindh Ibex, Afghan Urial, Blandford Urial & Punjab Urial are found in Southern Pakistan in provinces of Sindh, Balochistan and Punjab. The altitudes are quite low and temperatures are quite moderate in tolerance and an ordinary fleece or jacket is sufficient for body wear.

Chinkara & Black Buck are found in the arid low hills of the Salt Range of Pakistan in the province of Punjab. One privilege for hunting in these meadows is its closer vicinity to Islamabad as compared to the far flung Northern areas. We don’t depend on any weather bound domestic flights and our access to these areas is through the main roads on which we run our first class air conditioned motor coaches, however, upon arriving the road end of the habitat, we need to use 4WD jeeps to go deeper into the jungles and undulating meadows but mostly we stalk on foot. The temperature during the Hunting Season (Nov-Mar) is quite moderate (worth a fleece or jacket) because all these areas are quite below the snow line. So jeeping, camping, walking and stalking is much easier as compared to the same in the mountainous habitats of our Northern Hunting Areas.

Yes … Due to our fortunate geographical location, Pakistan falls on the route of the Great Asian Migration. With over 37 species of ducks & 06 species of geese, Pakistan is reckoned as the Holy Grail of Duck Hunting. The duck migration starts in September, whereas, our hunting season begins by Mid of October and continues till Mid of March. By the virtue of our unique hunting style, unconventional strategy and incomparable hunting environment, the duck hunts we offer are found nowhere else in the World. Here are the highlights of our matchless Duck Hunts.

Yes … This awe inspiring upland hunting preserve is located at just a 30 minute drive from Islamabad International Airport and  domains  royal residential bungalows offering luxury lodging amidst serene and placid wild habitat. With  frequent  direct flights from various international airports of Europe & Americas & such a short drive from  the  airport,  this  dream  hunting  destination  proves  time saving  and  most  comfortable  for  our  hunters. Our Upland Hunts are based on using gun dogs along with the services of experienced professional hunters and bird boys on stalk and shoot basis. These hunts are offered in a very rich hunting preserve spread over an area of over 12000 acres which also domains large cultivated  fields . This  rich  habitat  is  heavily populated with wild partridges, pheasants, francolins, chukars, doves and quails. The  highlight  of  our  upland  hunting  is  shooting  Pakistan’s indigenous  wild  partridge  which  poses a  great challenge  to  hunters due to its distinguished agility, very speedy take off  and erroneous flight maneuvers.

Our hunting zones are spread from North to the South of Pakistan and hunters can see a variety of geography, geology, people and assortment of their colorful cultures. The altitudes of these zones differ in various parts of our country. The Punjab Urial, Blandford Urial & Sindh Ibex are found in the arid low hills of the Salt Range and undulating dry hills of Sindh and Balochistan. The average altitude of these areas ranges from 600 meters (1,965 ft) from the road-head to 1,200 meters (3,935 ft), whereas, Markhor, Blue Sheep & Himalayan Ibex are found in the Northern regions of Gilgit, Baltistan and Chitral. Altitudes of these areas start from about 2,100 meters (7,000 feet) and go up to 4,500 meters (15,000 feet). However, with full support and personalized care from our dedicated team, we won’t let you face any problems going all the way up to such altitudes because firstly, there are no technical or high altitude climbs involved in any of the hunts as we grade them as easy to moderate walks and secondly, our experienced guides and field staff will accord you their utmost care and carry all your hunting and personal gear including your day pack which may include your spotting scope, tripod, spare ammo, water bottle, rain gear, camera, personal medicines (if any) & other items of your choice and your hunting rifle are always carried by our staff..

The temperatures during the Hunting Season (DEC-MAR) are moderate in all the meadows of Southern Pakistan, (ordinary fleece + a light jacket will do), however, in northern areas, they can be extremely cold and can go down many points below zero degree centigrade. Excessive snow and ice on higher mountain slopes may hinder your approach so very good clothing and climbing boots with gaiters and crampons may be required. Hand warmers and other thermal  gadgets are also strongly recommended.

The official hunting season varies in every province as follows.

Province of Gilgit-Baltistan : 01-November to 30-April.

Province of Punjab : 01-December to 28-February.

Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa : 01-December to 31-March

Province of Sindh : 01-December to 28-February

Province of Balochistan : 01 November to 31 March

The best time to hunt anywhere in Pakistan is between Mid November to Mid January, This is the time when most of vegetation is covered with snow on the mountain but still available at lower altitudes, like meadows, gullies, ravines, alluvial fans & places near villages & roadside. The animals migrate to these lower pastures & can be hunted easily but as the hunting season recedes, the animals start migrating to higher altitudes thus making the walks-&-stalks quite challenging, although, the game animals are still visible in abundance at higher altitudes.

The habitats of Southern Pakistan (Punjab, Sind & Balochistan) are located at lower altitudes. The hunts are quite easier and can be easily accomplished by hunters with normal fitness and any age group. So there is No Age Limit and No physical fitness is required, however, since most of the hunting habitats in Northern Pakistan are located at higher altitudes, they require good physical fitness to bear long walks on mountain slopes.

Depending on the altitude and difficulty of the slope, the hunters may be required to know some basic skills of climbing; like use of crampons, jumars/ascenders, descenders, ropes and ice axe. Nevertheless, our experienced guides and field staff will accord you their utmost assistance and carry all your hunting and personal gear including your day pack which may include your spotting scope, tripod, spare ammo, water bottle, rain gear, camera, personal medicines (if any) & other items of your choice and “your gun” are always carried by our staff. For longer walks, we can also provide horses and/or yaks for senior, weak and/or handicapped hunters.

Yes … You can easily bring your hunting firearms and ammunition into Pakistan for which we need your name, passport number, rifle number, caliber & copy of your passport. We’ll submit your application for temporary import & re-export of your hunting rifle and ammunition to our home ministry. It takes approximately 30 days to process your application, however, to avoid any wastage of time due to any unforeseen reasons, we suggest you apply at least 90 days prior to your arrival in Pakistan.

Some of the most popular calibers that we recommend for big game hunts are 7mm mag, 300 win mag & 274 and 30-06 or 338 scope for wild boar hunts.

We recommend 4-16 or 6-24 power scopes for sheep hunts and 3-6 power scopes for wild boar hunts.

You may bring ammunition of all conventional bores with a standard quota of 100 cartridges per hunter for big game hunts & 200 rounds for wild boar hunts. If you want to bring more cartridges for your extended hunts, we’ll request the authorities to enhance your quota. Yet if you run short of rounds, we can help you buy them quickly in Pakistan but since rifle ammunition is not so common, they are a bit expensive.  However, we strongly recommend you bring your own ammo to out rule any compromise on their brand or quality.

Yes … During your stay in Pakistan, you may also buy extra wild boar driven hunts at in the province of Punjab & KPK. Remember … 75% of our people are engaged in farming and they live in villages & remote areas.  Easy access to rich crops & lack of pest control has greatly increased the population of wild boars. 97% people are Muslims and don’t eat or even touch pigs. These factors have increased the boar population. Wild boar destroys almost 30% of our national crop, so it’s been officially declared as a pest by our Govt. Due to lack of resources, the Govt & people cannot control the ever increasing population of boars. Hunters are considered as Heroes by the native farmers & greatly respect them for killing this pest. To encourage foreign boar hunters, there are NO  Permit Fees, NO Bag Limit, NO Trophy Surcharges and NO Fixed Season. This means, you may shoot as many boars as you can and at any time of the year. Hunters are welcomed as Heroes by our farmers and greatly respect them for eradicating this nuisance from their rich agricultural lands.

Note : As per your choice, these wild boar hunts may be done before or after your main hunt.

Our Govt. issues limited hunting permits for the thriving species only. All hunting permits, are sold out to the licensed outfitters of Pakistan in open auctions and the permits are awarded to the highest bidders. So all the hunting packages in our quotations are indicative and are confirmed only after we have secured the permits in such auctions, however, the increments in the prices could either be nominal or substantial (as per competition). If this difference is nominal, we’ll absorb it in our package but if it is substantial, we’ll stipulate it in our invoices accordingly.

We are required to submit our bids to the Conservators of Wild Life Departments at their provincial capitals of Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Gilgit. The auction dates & timings are advertised through the national print media shortly before such auctions. Before filing our bids, we are required to deposit 25% to 50% (varies in each province) of the minimum permit fee. The permits are awarded to the outfitters who offer the maximum bids. After winning the bid, we are allowed 01 to 03 weeks to deposit the balance amounts (varies in each province). The  earnest  money is refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 6-8 weeks (varies as per province).
